here are a few tips to prolong the lifespan of your jewelry: handle your piece of choice with care and avoid activities which expose your jewelry for scratches or potential damage. i recommend to take off your jewelry when sleeping, showering, cleaning, sunbathing or in swimming pools or spa. put on your jewelry last when getting ready to spare the jewelry from chemicals in your beauty products as makeup, perfume, hairspray, moisturizer etc. polish your silver pieces often in order to maintain shine and color. use a microfiber/polishing cloth and spirit or silver cleaning agent, and gently polish the silver.
Return / Exchange
I create each product individually to order after receiving payment, so there is no return of goods. However, it is possible to exchange a product, provided that the delivery is carried out at the expense of the customer making the exchange.
Delivery
The order production time is currently 1-2 weeks + delivery time to your country. The delivery of my jewelry is worldwide in cooperation with DHL and FedEx. Delivery time is from 4 working days depending on your location. I provide delivery to America, Europe, Asia, Africa and other regions. Important: At the moment I do not have delivery to the territory of Russia, Belarus, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon and Jordan.
